The Schedule is also an extremely important part of the marketing. Every property is unique and we work closely in conjunction with our clients to ensure the contents of the Schedule, which includes a detailed floorplan, meet with their expectations in showing prospective buyers their property at its absolute best.
Our photographers can also provide a walkthrough video presentation of your property.
Viewer Feedback
All viewings are followed up for that all important feedback. This is discussed with the client, regardless if good or bad, and then any changes required are put into place. A small change can make a big difference.

Property Reviews & Updates
One thing that sellers are normally unhappy with is the lack of feedback from their agent. At Currie Johnston this is very much not the case. We keep our clients updated on a regular basis with statistics, facts and viewers feedback.
After 4-6 weeks, a revised plan is discussed should your property not be sold.
Sale Boards
Our 'For Sale' boards are placed in a prime spot on the property, as agreed between ourselves and the client. If appropriate more than one may be erected at other prime locations to ensure maximum exposure.
